Build To Suit
Definition: A way of leasing property, usually for commercial purposes, in which the developer or landlord builds to a tenant’s specifications. The landowner pays for the construction to the specifications of the tenant, and the tenant then leases the land and building from the landowner, who retains ownership. Build to suit is frequently used by tenants who wish to occupy a building of a certain type but do not wish to own the building.

Build to Suit provides a custom-build approach to construction that speeds up the project timeline, ensures quality and minimizes cost. We hand-select the architect that will best fit the clients’ needs. In turn, we solicit engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in conjunction with the architect towards a common goal. With the clients’ input, we manage every step of design while monitoring cost, constructability and schedule. Once construction begins, we manage progress, quality and final delivery.
